AICC (All India Congress Committee) Secretary Meenakshi Natarajan has arrived in Hyderabad.
Meenakshi Natarajan, the newly appointed in-charge for Telangana Congress affairs, arrived in Hyderabad and was welcomed by TPCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud. She attended a broad-level PCC meeting at Gandhi Bhavan, which was also graced by Revanth Reddy. The meeting served primarily as an introductory session, with BC leaders expected to request support for their community. After the meeting, Meenakshi Natarajan is expected to return to Delhi.
Hyderabad: Meenakshi Natarajan, who was recently appointed as the in-charge for Telangana Congress affairs, has arrived in the state. She traveled by train from Delhi and arrived at the Kachiguda Railway Station. At the station, she was warmly welcomed by TPCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud, who draped a traditional shawl over her. Along with Mahesh Kumar Goud, Congress leaders Harkar Venu Gopal, Faheem, Rachamalla Siddheshwar, and others were present. Meenakshi Natarajan then proceeded to Gandhi Bhavan.
A broad-level PCC (Pradesh Congress Committee) meeting is scheduled to take place at 2 PM at Gandhi Bhavan. The meeting will be chaired by PCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud, and Meenakshi Natarajan, along with Revanth Reddy, will attend as chief guests. Congress ministers, MPs, MLAs, MLCs, DCC Presidents, and PCC office bearers will participate in the meeting. This will be Meenakshi Natarajan's first attendance at the meeting in her role as in-charge, and there is considerable curiosity among party leaders regarding what she will address.
However, sources indicate that this meeting will primarily serve as an introductory session between Meenakshi Natarajan and the state leaders, and it is unlikely to involve any significant decision-making. BC (Backward Classes) leaders within the party are expected to request Meenakshi Natarajan to ensure proper justice for the BC community. After the meeting, the AICC Secretary is expected to return to Delhi.
